San Juan Venison

  • Venison roast or tenderloin

  • 1 jar Picante Sauce

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • carrots


Mix sauce, onion, flour, garlic. Then add roast, peppers and carrots. Put into browning bag and cook at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.
