Stir-Fry Turkey

Great for holiday left-overs. Enjoy.



  • 1 lb. Turkey, pre-cooked, small, chopped pieces

  • 1 Large Onion, diced

  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms

  • 4 Tbs. Teriyaki sauce

  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tps. Ginger


Place oil in skillet over Medium heat. Add onion, and cook until onion turns clear. Next add mushrooms and simmer for two minutes. Finally, add ginger, turkey, and Teriyaki sauce. Stir periodically for three minutes or until mixture is nice and hot.


Serve over rice. Makes four servings.
