Dear CarMax,

   I wanted to buy a mini-van from you. I even wrote the check. Then the Sales Manager at your Raleigh location decided to treat me like an idiot when we asked about some of the contract details.

I asked for my check back and proceeded to leave.

To add another nail to the coffin, the sales associate proceeded to tell us that he couldn’t spend a lot of time with us because he has a “family to feed”.

All this after i made it clear that i am shopping for two vehicles? We have only went on six test drives with 4 different vehicles on 5 different visits to the store.

I don’t think i’m the one that should be treated like an idiot.
