What i was doing ten years ago
I was working as lead systems programmer for NCSU campus networking. According to the wayback machine, i was "working on developing network management utilities, network security tools and administering various campus services."
Five snacks i enjoy:
- pistachios
- peanuts
- popcorn - natural sprinkled with lemon-pepper
- dark chocolate
- dark chocolate covered espresso beans
Five things on my to-do list today:
- patch pubsite
- run by Target
- put pack-n-play in the attic
- research replacing foundation vents
- plan screencast for a PD session
Five favorite recipes:
- Stir-fry Turkey
- San Juan Venison
- Pan Seared Rib Eye
- Country Style Steak
- Steamed Asparagus drizzled with Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
Five jobs i have had:

- structured procrastination
- picking at the cuticles on my fingers (yeah, TMI, sorry)
- drinking too much coffee
- joking when i am supposed to be serious
- eating too much

Five random things:
- I only have 24 teeth; i have a small mouth. Both my second molars (12 year molars) and third molars (wisdom teeth) would not fit and had to be removed. Yeah, ouch.
- I co-wrote a book.
- I also write for my church magazine, and even have a few photography credits.
- I don't communicate well with folks that aren't very bright, good thing i married an NCSU valedictorian.
- I have never had a beer.
